Key responsibilities include:
Consulting with clients to create sales and marketing platforms through our events; grow our existing client base through extensive cold calling and strategic sales efforts; identify untapped markets and new revenue streams and nurture your contacts to grow our client base and contribute to our growing successful sales team's record. Sales professionals will also be responsible for assisting the development of sales strategies, proposals and presentations for existing and new accounts.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 year successful sales experience selling exhibit space, tradeshow sponsorship and OR online advertising space. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals, building strong client partnerships, breaking new business and uncovering qualified prospects for new business. Candidates must be naturally tenacious and entrepreneurial, excited by challenge and change, and have the ability and skill set to customize offerings and proposals to meet each client's specific interests and objectives. Additionally, candidates will have a:
- Demonstrated interest in beauty, fashion, wellness, marketing & events
- Proficiency with all components of Microsoft Office software
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to take a proactive approach to professional responsibilities
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible schedule with ability to travel

All sales positions start off with a 90 day Level 3 commission based evaluation period to prove your abilities. Once you reach 90 days, you will have the option to become a salary employee or continue as a level 4 commission based employee.
